HAs anyone here tried those ultrasonic pest control devices? Do they work?

I bought this thing ultrasonic testing against pests that emits diving bugs and irritates them out of their range. He said I should see some results within 2-3 weeks but if i would theorize effort for mites and flies Gnat and all that other annoying bugs in my garden. it has been done to get rid of cockroaches, ants, flies, mice, mosquitoes and vertebrates, laying around. because it may be that I am curious to dive into my garden will make any difference?
