Here’s some nicer apartments in West Seneca and Orchard Garden I’ve looked into.

Too high-priced? The cheapest apartments I find are in the Niagara Falls yard. I even discovered some that are $440/month with ALL utilities included. I have no notion what these well-disposed of apartments look like, but I adopt they are in areas with imposing wrong.

I’d also rather pay higher slit than chew one's nails about being stabbed while walking to my car. : )

So, if our charged bill is $100/mo in the winter, our wire & internet unit is $40/mo, it’s about $790/month for living expenses in a 2 bedroom apartment at Queen York Gardens.
