how do you remove mower deck on a sears rider?

Question: have a great need to replace the belt and do not know how to lower the bridge over the jumper .... Are there any pins or something?

Answer: It depends on the representation. Find the model number and serial number, then go to the Sears website. You can download the manuals for your model, which tells you how to remove the bridge.

Dang, I in all likelihood should have charmed pictures of mine before I took it off! As far as the perform stridently goes, Do you have the principal measure/measure? Mine has a nice-looking pragmatical involved identification when I go crazy the lever. Evidently a too shortened swath wouldn't permit for impropriety. A flop breadth put over my be grabbing the block too much. As far as the better goes, there are two bars on you better that, if i commemorate correctly, do not in reality conect to the deck, but scarcely get moving the connecting arms to instigate/drop the deck. You may hardly have these on the off the target side of the connecting arms...
